Wheel construction
Not as clever as some of the other Rover entries, but there is a bit more to them than meets the eye. I love the balloon tyres, so I wanted to use them, but with some changes. The smaller hub piece allows the hubcap to float, so the tyre's deformation provides a bit more cushioning. It also changes the shape, which I rather like.
